What a fantastic project for Green Earth Homes – the opportunity to work with recycled timber on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Contracted to build a pergola and garden stairs, our clients specifically requested the use of recycled timber for their project.
Green Earth Homes sourced a fantastic product from Kennedy’s Timbers, a local Brisbane based company who specialise in Australian recycled and eco sustainable timbers. Kennedy’s were able to provide a fantastic range of timber samples for our clients including Blackbutt, Grey or Red Ironbark and Coastal Spotted Gum plus many more. Our clients were looking for a durable and strong product but did not want to compromise on quality or finish. As the project was an outside construction and the overall look was important, we guided our clients towards the Kennedy’s Timber Red Ironbark.
