Home renovation and extension to an existing period weatherboard home with a covered deck to the rear.
Green Earth Homes was contracted to completely project manage the home renovation of this 1920’s period weatherboard home to create a spacious and modern family home. An extension was added to the rear of the home expanding the living spaces of the kitchen, dining room and lounge room. French doors were utalised to create a seamless flow from the indoor space to the outdoor where Green Earth Homes had created a functional and well-designed paved pergola for outdoor living. A beautiful open planned living area with recycled timber flooring sealed with toxic free linseed oil was crafted, the kitchen was fitted with stone bench tops, glass splashbacks and 2 pac finished cabinetry. This project transformed every room of the house and the finished project was a beautiful and modern, spacious family home that remained true to its period.

Hallway after renovation. wood pannelling removed and replaced with plaster sheet. carpets removed to reveal original baltic pine flooring which was polished and oiled with a toxic-free linseed oil.
