Custom Built Home Buderim

Green Earth Homes were contracted by interstate clients to build their three bedroom home in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.

In August 2011 we contracted with Nathan Staal of Green Earth Homes to construct a 3 bedroom house in place of an existing 2 bed house in Buderim QLD. The new house was completed on time in early 2012 and we have since moved in. Green Earth Homes managed the demolition of the old house and the new construction. While the building was proceeding we were not able to be on site at all as we were interstate so we had to depend on Nathan and his crew to do a good job. At all times communications between us were very good and all our questions were promptly and efficiently dealt with. On our return we met with Nathan as arranged to receive our keys and were most pleased with the standard of construction. Since moving in we have found nothing we would consider requires fixing and our new house has been built to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Green Earth Homes to anyone and are very happy with our new home.

The clients provided our Project Manager and Design team with a brief regarding what they would like to see and how much they were willing to spend and from this brief the Green Earth Homes’ team designed their home – drafted the plans, organised the engineering and had the project approved by Council ready for construction.

The construction period for this home was approximately 6 months from when the existing home was demolished on the site by our team to when the keys were handed over to our clients for their new home. The result that the team at Green Earth Homes has achieved is a beautiful home – the craftsmanship and attention to detail is of an extremely high level and our Project Manager kept the home on schedule with subcontractors working side by side with our team at all times. Our clients are exceedingly happy with their home and the service that the team has provided. Green Earth Homes made sure that the process was effortless and as stress free as possible for our clients.

Working for interstate clients highlighted the extensive ability of the Green Earth Homes team. Due to their remote location in Western Australia, our clients were unable to source and select many of their fixtures and fittings for their home on the Sunshine Coast. Due to this our design team were provided by our clients with a brief on what they would like to see and the team sourced, advised and presented a variety of different and suitable options. The result that the design team has presented is fantastic in this home – the bamboo flooring is just beautiful, the bathroom tiles are of a very high quality – they match perfectly with the cabinetry and the kitchen is finished to a very high standard – just a few of the homes’ elements worthy of a mention.
